A note from Heng Soy: By the way, as for me, I just received a free one way ticket to visit Hanoi on the famous Cambodia Angkor Air. To encourage my visit to our dear friends’ country, the CPP headquarters in Phnom Penh just called to offer me a free stay at the Hanoi Hilton during my visit.
